The Australian Retail Pharmacy sector is highly competitive. This qualification develops abilities to perform routine pharmacy and retail duties as well as taking responsibility for more complex tasks including the coordination of merchandise, store security, assistance with the management of pharmacy only medicines and the provision of higher levels of customer service.
